1946 – Cremer was founded in Germany as a grain trading business
1970’s – Expanded into fats, oils, and oleochemicals
1991 – Added oleochemical manufacturing
1998 – Entered into the southwest Asian market
1999 – Opened the North American Division in Cincinnati, OH
2012 – Acquired production for esters, fats and waxes
2014 – Expanded NA headquarters and added contract manufacturing and warehousing
